The Lamp Post Building is an office building located in the heart of Avondale. Built-in 1935 and elegantly renovated in 2023, the Lamp Post Building offers many small businesses flexible leasing options.

Case

The Lamp Post Building needed an established presence and proper branding to start promoting its office spaces online.

Execution

Establishing brand guidelines was the first step in creating a presence for The Lamp Post Building, and playing around with colors that work with the history of Avondale while showcasing the promise of the space allowed for a better transition for an online presence and website footage.
